Unfortunately, while walking around Kiev, sometimes it can’t do without negativity 🙁 ... And here, and one of the unlucky examples:
House, in which he lived and began his stellar career as an aircraft designer Igor Sikorsky - a citizen of Kiev by birth, scientist, inventor, philosopher, creator of the world's first four-engine aircraft "Russian Knight", heavy four-engine bomber, passenger aircraft "Ilya Muromets" and transatlantic seaplane. AND, by the way, here, right behind these, then not yet ruins, in the meadow, he conducted his first air experiments. It's hard to believe or even imagine, everything is too different now.
Sad, that this is not a house-museum, and the crumbling building, whose days, looking at all, numbered 🙁
