Friends! There is wonderful news! You and I have a chance to become participants in a unique event. Why unique? Least, because the first in Ukraine! But it's always nice to be pioneers and pioneers. Men will definitely understand us, so after all? 😉 So, our dear partners Smart Family Forum started a completely extraordinary event — the first city flower fair Kyiv Flower Market.
This unprecedented event will take place 18 September in Kiev, on one of the most picturesque sites in the city - BC "Toronto", where the urbanistic style of our Kiev is ideally combined with the Gothic spiers of the Church of St. Nicholas.
A little about the origins:
Flower markets have long and successfully existed in America, Europe and Asia. Surprise no one, what, going to Paris, London or Amsterdam, travelers put on the must see list not only the Eiffel Tower, Big Ben or well-known coffee shops, but also flower markets. The locals come there, to buy flowers and herbs - cut or living in pots, drink coffee and chat - with each other and with vendors. Tourists - to plunge into the flavor, admire the riot of colors and breathe in aromas, able to tell about the city no less than guides and guidebooks. We think, that Kiev lacks just such warm events!
The organizers of the event - the agency of city and family events Smart Family Forum - plans to correct this misunderstanding and add Kiev to the list of "flower" cities. Market, which will be held in our capital for the first time, will become regular, and after a couple of years it will definitely turn into an integral part of the city's life - let's say, like the Venice carnival, Holi in India or Chocolate Festival in Lviv. And in this, believe me, there is no doubt!
Atmosphere:
Only on this day (well, maybe not only, but this one for sure :)) the Kyiv Flower Market will bring together everything and all the best in one place: flower shops, boutiques and studios, who will offer you bouquets and fresh flowers for all occasions and occasions, and even better for NO reasons 🙂
Mission:
One of the missions of the flower festival is to popularize the tradition of buying and giving bouquets and regularly decorate your home with them.. And to support this idea, the flower market will be supplemented with a platform, where can you buy interior items or clothing, accessories or just decorative trinkets, without which anywhere in any interior (and even minimalism ;))
Of the beautiful (except you, of course :)) on the market there will be: Sunday home atmosphere, coolest music, great company, and:
The main event program:
Plant Fair - Fresh and Cut Flowers, herbs, bouquets, houseplants and related products; fair of interior items, design, clothes, decor and accessories; non-stop floristry master classes from participants.
Entertainment block:
Beauty zone for women (braiding and makeup) from G. Bar; creativity zone for children; DJ sets from Dima Dir and Ka Ti; music from a jazz band.
Activity zones for toddlers:
While parents will go headlong into floral and not only floral shopping, the baby will be able to do art or sports. And for active fidgets they will hold a master class in jiu-jitsu. Yes, even so :). Because the ability to protect yourself has never bothered anyone.!) Not much, as the saying goes!)
Dogs Friendly
Finally! Such a huge relief for happy dog owners., it's very cool from all sides: your pet will not be bored within four walls, and the owners should get home early., you just need not forget, that there will be a lot of vegetation and grass ... ) As exhibits ... In general, You get the idea ... Beware of these most awkward moments 🙂
